STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Do I need any technical background?
No. This workshop is built for business owners, not developers. If you can open a laptop and follow instructions, you can do everything in this room. The whole point is plain English, no jargon and no assumptions about what you already know.
Do I need to have Claude already?
No. Module 0 covers setup, plan selection and the Desktop app installation. We start from zero and move together. If you're already set up, you'll be ready to build from the first module.
What do I need to bring?
A laptop and your login to Google (Gmail and Calendar). That's it. Everything else is covered in the room.
What if I get stuck during the build?
You won't be on your own. The workshop is designed to be paced so no one falls behind. If you hit a snag, we work through it together. The goal is for every person in the room to leave with something working.
Is there a next course after this one?
Yes. Course 1 is the foundation — Projects, Skills, Connectors and Scheduled Tasks. Course 2 goes deeper into advanced automation. Course 3 covers multi-step AI workflows and agent systems. Each one builds on the last.
What if I can't make it on the day?
Get in touch before the workshop and we'll move you to the next available date. We don't offer refunds for no-shows but we'll do our best to find you another session.
